Before admission, the individual must have a physical health assessment conducted by their physician or the Emergency Department to establish the required level of care for stabilization.
-
Once you arrive at Stonebridge Behavioral Hospital, our intake coordinators will conduct a more thorough evaluation through a series of specialized medical and psychological assessments. These assessments are designed to help us better understand your needs by determining the severity of your condition, identifying any medical problems you may have, and uncovering the presence of any co-occurring disorders. All of this information will then be used to create a personalized treatment plan for your stay with us, and to make plans for your transition out of our care.
-
Stonebridge Behavioral Hospital accepts all common forms of health insurance, including (but not limited to) Medicare, Medicaid, and other government sponsored plans. If you have questions about your coverage, please contact us and we’ll work with you to determine the proper solutions to seek treatment.
